File -> Preferences -> Keyboard Shortcuts

В поиске набрать «terminal copy». Для параметра «Terminal: Copy Selection» указать «ctrl+c»

В поиске набрать «terminal paste». Для параметра «Terminal: Paste into Active Terminal» указать «ctrl+v»
